Hello everyone! This has been a great first week in Colchester. I don't have a lot of time this week because we have been so busy getting updated on a new zone to take care of- but here are some of the highlights:
We have been teaching this really great guy by the name of Adam. In just the few days I have known him I have really seen a desire in him to learn and change and he understands that change is a good thing like I talked about last week. We also have a Uni in our area and it is so nice to be back talking with people our age.
This week we already have a trip to London on Wednesday for Mission Leadership Conference, and then a zone meeting on Friday in Ipswich. Since I was trained in Witham just down the road for six months, I know Colchester pretty well already. It was nice going to church for the first time on Sunday and seeing some familiar faces already. Colchester has three sets of missionaries in it; us, and two sets of sisters. It's a pretty big change from Duston where it was just us in the ward. We have ward fireworks night coming up soon with Witham ward and it will be great to see old friends there.
Next week I should have more to update on as I will be more settled in and should have more time.
Cheers!
