Well, winter seems to have come all at once (or at least the temperature has). We are already half way through the transfer as well. That went fast!
This whole week has been a week of lots of fireworks. Saturday night was Guy Fawkes night, or England's excuse to light off a bunch of fireworks, much like our 4th of July. Colchester had a big fireworks display in the park Saturday night that we got to see because we live right by the park.
The birthday song all the kids sing in Primary has a phrase that says "one year older and wiser too". I don't necessarily feel older and definitely not wiser. I laughed at myself yesterday thinking "what would the average 21 year old be doing on their 21st birthday... definitely not waking up at 6.30, going to church, and going out in the cold to talk with people about God. But it was a great birthday which included some fireworks spill over from Guy Fawkes night. They won't stop for another week or so.
That's about it for this week.
Cheers!
