Good evening! I finally have a bit of time to write something. Last week we got some unexpected news for transfers and had to go into London a day early and as a result, I got a p day in London! We went to Tower of London and took some pictures at Tower Bridge, and we went to Harrods. Included are pictures from Tower Bridge and Tower of London.
Speaking of transfers, Elder Falke got moved into London and my new companion is Elder Hinatsu from Idaho.
A tradition among Zone Leaders is to create a "companionship name" by combining both of our last names. So for us, Ammermon + Hinatsu = Amatsu, or 天. We looked up the definition of the kanji and it means heavenly and imperial, so we took it as a sign that good things are going to happen.
Our p day was moved to Tuesday this week because we had interviews yesterday. We will be having interviews every transfer from now on (though that doesn't change a whole lot for me). This transfer we also have a mission tour from Elder Phillips who is one of the General Authorities from the Church that is in this area. That, along with MLC and Zone Meeting, are next week. This week is the calm before the storm.
